Michael Pollan & Deconstructing What We Think We Know About Our Food

We think we know our food- grocery stores, farms, gardens... But there is a lot more to our food system than that! Michael Pollan is known for his research in understanding what makes our 'food go 'round'- where it comes from, what it's made of, how it's grown, how it's processed, and how it ends up in our grocery stores and on our plates. He has a ton of knowledge, and from this, he has developed a set of 'food rules' - a set of guidelines which he believes we need to follow to maintain or improve our health.
